Master Yang Ning’s Daily Quote🍀:

When your mind stops, your heart naturally blossoms.

All the frameworks belong to the mind. But this mind is very cunning—always obsessing over dignity, face, ego, and self-esteem. It is constantly making excuses and seeking justifications; that is all the mind’s doing.
The mind belongs to the ego. To maintain the ego’s perfection, it searches incessantly. It will even tell you, “I am who you are,” or “You are just an ordinary being.” It never stops defining you.

To “lay down the mind” simply means to stop. If you stay still, the mind becomes powerless. The moment you try to define it, you have already fallen into its trap.
Do nothing. Just stop. Silence the mind. Then, slowly, the heart begins to open.

Only then will you hear the voice of your heart—what you are truly doing and who you are in this moment. Because the vibration of the heart is your true reality—what you are thinking and doing in the Dharma Realm, right here and right now.
