-throat chakra-…what to watch out for when the throat chakra’s open… things that can taint
your throat chakra. Like speech, for instance. Speak less. Also, you should eat less, and
keep your diet simple don’t eat anything heavy, pungent foods like chili, onions, garlic, stay
away from stuff like that. As for speech, observe silence is better. Silence and Bigu (grain
avoidance) help the throat chakra. But it also depends on your physical condition. If Bigu
isn’t suitable, then start with observe silence. For a period of time.
Throat chakra is difficult to open… This area is the “Chakra of Afflictions.” It’s tough. But once
it opens, the rewards are huge. When it opens, observe silence for a period. Say you feel it
opening over these two days-you observe silence. After some days, you might feel it’s
mostly open, then it starts up again, then it pauses. Call it a physical or Qi channels
transformation. It transforms to a point. and then stops. But it starts back up next round. It
means it wasn’t thorough, you see? Because your delusive thoughts haven’t fully stopped,
So, it’s not thorough. That’s why many practitioners, including Daoists- go through these
transformations hundreds of times. What we called “complete transformation”….
Before you wake from the dream, it’s all just part of the practice and realization. It’s just
scenery along the way. Once you wake up, it was all a dream. Dream doesn’t exist. Because
the Tathagata never experience such things, coming from nowhere, going nowhere. No time,
no space. That’s how you’re freed from the cycle of birth and death- Great Nirvana- unborn,
undying. Entering Nirvana. From the perspective of insight, Nirvana, birth and death are like
the flowers in sky. You’ve to let go of both concepts.
For the throat chakra, first, observe silence. Observe silence, and practice repentance. If you
used to scold people a lot, repent. If you have never really scolded anyone, and feel your
speech karma is light, then it’s fine. Just observe silence. If your throat issues are really bad,
you can do a liberation ritual.
